CONNECT


Before we meet for the session, we’ll have a quick call to break the ice and decide on the details. I want you to feel comfortable with me and this will help us both!

THE DAY OF


On the day of the shoot, we’ll meet up and get to the location of the session. We’ll talk for a bit while I set up my camera and make sure everything’s perfect. Then we can jump straight into it and get some amazing photos!


04.


GALLERY DELIVERY


After we're done, I'll get to work editing the photos. The finished photos will be ready and delivered in 6-8 business weeks (maybe sooner depending on the season). We deliver our images through a private online gallery where you can download and share your images.

FAQ

How do I book a session with you?

Reach out to me through a contact form - that will trigger the beginning of your journey. From there we can figure out which package suits you best and organise a deposit and contract to secure photographic services.

What happens if I need to reschedule or cancel my appointment?

I understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please let me know as soon as possible, and we can find a suitable alternative date. In some unfortunate cases where I am not notified far enough in advance you may forfeit your deposit. Our contracts hold all the information about important dates.

How long does it take to edit images?

The editing process usually takes around 4-8 weeks (depending on the season). I meticulously go through each photo to ensure it meets my quality standards. Once the editing is complete, I will provide you with a digital gallery where you can download the high-resolution images.

What is your policy on digital image delivery and printing rights?

You will receive a digital gallery where you can download the high-resolution images. As for printing rights, you are free to print the photos for personal use. However, commercial use or distribution of the images requires prior permission.

Do you have any hidden fees?

No, I don't believe in hidden fees. I find them exceptionally irritating as a consumer and so I aim to be forthcoming in my pricing and packages. That being said there is one sort-of exception and it's in relation to parking fees accrued during weddings. Please read through your contracts to ensure you are not surprised!

How do I make a payment for the session and any additional products or services?

Payments are made once you receive our digital invoice. We accept most forms of payment including bank transfers, PayPal, and credit cards through STRIPE.

Can I request specific edits or retouching?

Yes, you can request specific edits or retouching to your photos. Please let me know your requirements when you receive the photos and I will do my best to accommodate your requests.

What happens if I am unhappy with my photos?

Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we strive to deliver exceptional results that exceed your expectations. In the rare event that you are unhappy with your photos, we will work with you to provide a resolution. This may come in the form of a reshoot. We encourage open communication throughout the process, so please let us know your concerns or specific areas you'd like us to address. We will work closely with you to understand your preferences and make any necessary adjustments or reshoots, ensuring that you are delighted with the final outcome. Our goal is to create images that you will cherish for a lifetime, and we are committed to going the extra mile to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Why do I need a deposit? How much is it?

A deposit is required to secure your booking and reserve the date and time for your portrait session. It serves as a commitment from both parties and helps ensure that the session is confirmed and dedicated to you exclusively. The deposit amount varies depending on the package and session duration. It is typically 50% of the total session fee and will be deducted from the final balance. The specific deposit amount and payment details will be discussed and outlined in our booking agreement.

Do you provide physical prints?

While Physical Prints are not included in our packages, you are welcome to purchase them through your gallery. We have partnered with a phenomenal printing studio that will provide professional quality prints and deliver them directly to your door.
